!: Wind-Agent-X Air 400watt

My Southwest Wind Power Air-X wind turbine designed / generator with 400W peak power. It seems that the leaves have failed, but that's because the camera is not able to determine the actual speed of the blade. This is my addition 2 x PV array. Overall height is 7 m above the ground, the concrete pad / foundation is about 1 m deep. I have a current meter in series (only 20 A) and I saw m 'remember' tough times in the last two weeks, so I think these turbines can actually do their rated power .. alsoAlthough there are some bad reviews on various websites say they do not work well, maybe they are not really related.
